How long will it take for my new FLASHCA$H account to activate?
One of our account representatives will review your account and activate it as soon as possible. We are NOT accepting any chatters at this time.
Can I promote multiple sites from the same account?
Yes, you can use one account to promote every site on our network. Our Campaign system makes it easy to manage and track your traffic, sales and conversions by site.
Who is the contact person(s) for affiliates?
FLASHCA$H has an entire staff of experienced industry experts dedicated to ensuring your success. If you have a question or a request simply submit a ticket to our 24/7 support system and you'll receive a speedy response. You can access our ticket system by visiting the Support link on your FLASHCA$H account.
How do we count hits? Raws / Uniques / Qualified
Raws Hits are page views.

Unique Hits are page views by a unique IP, meaning that it was a fresh visitor who hadn't been to the site yet. If that visitor comes back later that day, the second visit will be counted as another Raw, but not a Unique.

Qualified Hits means that it is a unique and the visitor clicked something and moved further into the sight.

Does FLASHCA$H give webmasters free content?
Yes, we have hundreds of images, galleries and movie clips for you to use to add great fresh content to your network. Our list of promotional tools is endless and includes 1000s of banners, Full Page Ads, Half Page Ads, Movie Clips, Downloadable Vids, TGPs, FHGs, and much more. We have 100s of tools for each of our sites, and they are all refreshed regularly.
How often are our reality sites updated?
Each of our sites are updated daily, so you and site members continually have access to the freshest content.
What are FLASHCA$H's top selling sites?
You can see a list of our top selling sites that is automatically updated on our website. We also send this list out in our webmaster mailer, The ToolKit, every 2 weeks, so you always know what is fresh & hot!
Where do you get your content?
All of our new content is Exclusive to FLASHCA$H via our new partnership with Tramp Stamp Studios. TSS is filming content for all of our existing sites as well as the new ones that are premiering now!

Payouts Information
What name appears on checks?
ElectraCash is the paying company and FLASHCA$H appears in the memo section so you can track your payouts.
What is your minimum payout amount?
FLASHCA$H allows webmasters to set their own minimum payout, starting as low as $20.
Which payment processors does FLASHCA$H Use?
FLASHCA$H has a multi-tiered system to ensure that all of the sales you send can be accepted. We use a variety of payment processing services to make that happen including: Epoch, Local Billing, Netbilling, CommerceGate, WTS, GXBill and NoCreditCard.
What are the different types of payouts available in FLASHCA$H?
FLASHCA$H pays our webmasters via wire, check or ePassporte

Wire Fees: Webmasters may choose to be paid via wire transfer, but they must absorb the associated fees. Domestic Fee: $15 International Fee: $35

ePassporte: We will create an eP account for webmasters who choose this payout method. The account is activated only when the minimum amount is reached.
What is FLASHCA$H's Payout schedule?
Commission payouts are made twice a month, ON TIME, as follows:

The Pay Period shall be split into two monthly periods defined as from the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month and the 16th of the month to the last day of the month. Payments shall be made 2 weeks after the end of pay period (for periods of 1st - 15th gets paid on 1st of following month), and first payment is sent 30 days after end of pay period and following payment are sent every 2 weeks thereafter. FLASHCASH affiliates will receive their first payment (assuming that the minimum payout amount has been reached) one month (30 days) after the close of the respective pay period. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to a commission or referral fee for any referrals, which are a violation of the terms of this agreement. You also acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to a commission or referral fee from FLASHCASH for any subscription, which FLASHCASH in its sole and unfettered discretion determines, is the result of possible fraudulent activity.
What types of programs does FLASHCA$H offer?
FLASHCA$H offers affiliate programs for both Revshare and PPS with or without consoles.

Revshare: Earn up to 65% Revshare.

  • console program, 65% recurring
  • no console program, 50% recurring

PPS: Earn up to $35 for a full membership.

  • console program $30 trial / $35 full membership (for qualifying affiliates)
  • no console program $20 trial / $25 full membership
How does the FLASHCA$H Webmaster Referral Program work?
Resellers interested in referring other webmasters to the FLASHCA$H program have two programs to choose from.

1) $250 PPS - each sign up via this choice is eligible for a $250 payout. To earn the payout, 5 webmasters must have activated via this link and made a minimum of $150 to activate the payments for this program.

2) 5% Revshare - you will receive 5% of gross sales for the lifetime of any webmaster who signs up via your referral link. Payouts are made instantly.

Where do I see the stats for my FLASHCA$H Webmaster Referral links?

If you are using the $250 PPS program, the stats will appear on the Referrals page of the FLASHCA$H site.

If you are using the 5% Revshare program, stats will be included in the regular Stats page, and not on the Referrals page.

Traffic / Links
I'm still using some old links, what is happening to traffic I send with them?
The traffic is being invisibly redirected to the NATS links.
How can I access stats from before the changeover to NATS?
The old stats can be found at http://members.flashcash.com/stats/ - we will not be importing them into NATS as internally, NATS handles stats differently to the old system. The old stats will be available to you for a period of at least 6 months. We will also provide the ability to download the old stats to your computer.
